1 Shipping costs
1.1 The shipping costs are calculated on the article weight, which you can find on the product sides.
The weights of the articles are gross weights (incl. secondary packing).
In additon to the weight of the articles we add the Carton weight of 0,4 kg.
1.2 Please notice, that on deliveries to other countries additional taxes(especially in case of intra-Community acquisition of a good ), customs and excise duescan incurred, which you have to pay.

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries:Canada, South Africa, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Australia, Georgia, Switzerland, Chile, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Brazil, Serbia, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, India, Turkey, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Monaco, the Maldives, Kuwait, Israel, Indonesia, Iceland, and Haiti.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

From an order value of 150,00 EUR onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
You can find the shipping costs in the table 1.2 at the top.(non-EU countries: no VAT)
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-21 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
